Our kitchen offers daily a wide variety of meals, as well as vegetarian, healthy nutrition to satisfy all the guests tastes and needs. The Waves Restaurant operates daily for buffet breakfast.
We use for cooking virgin olive oil and fresh seasonal vegetables from our own garden. Guests can choose from the wide variety of wines available in our restaurant, completing your dining experience.
Excellent food and the staff are nice and service minded. I have been there lots of times and I have never been disappointed.

Waves is probably the best seaside restaurant in Platanias. We stayed a few meters down the boardwalk on the front beach near the marina last weekend and got to experience flawless service along with an incomparable view. With the exception of a Ribeye recipe that a boy from Texas would certainly take a shot at, everything at this restaurant was perfect. I have to give them a top rating regardless. It’s not the chef’s fault I am an old cowboy. If you want to venture toward gourmet while in Platanias, Waves is a good start.
